Is it ok to send your friend a note that makes you look like a psychopath?

The note said:I'm watching you.
My feelings will never die.
I'll always be part of your life one way or another.
And nothing will stop me.

Is It OK To?
Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

  • Sounds like Borderline Personality Disorder. Often they have a trait that wants to completely possess another person. Not psychopathic, but not healthy.

  • Simple, obvious question: How would you feel if you got a message like that from the person you sent it to?

  • I would be terrified of getting a message like that.

It's like: I'm gonna get you (kill you).

  • I don't think it makes you look like a psychopath but it is vaguely threatening. Did you actually send it and why and are you in fact a psychopath?

  • If its your FRIEND, and only a friend, then yes, this is strange, what does it mean???

If you often joke like this, and its purely a joke, then yes, its normal.

But if they are a friend whom you are trying to make advances on, in the sense you are trying to say that you want to be in a relationship with them, then yes, its normal, at least to me it is.

  • Lmao, if the genders were opposite I wanna see how "sweet" this would be. This isn't "sweet" or "cute" it's just fucking weird.

  • It sounds sweet actually. Possessive but sweet.

  • This reminds me of an old Morrissy song.

  • I would do that, if you know the person really well maybe not a person you just met. I really don't see anything psychopathic about it.

  • So what's even the point of this note? Just to make you seem psychopathic? Doesn't seem like you're a good friend.
